Although I can certainly identify with some of the concerns that are expressed in other reviews, I believe that Heritage Creek is a great apartment option. Please keep in mind that in any apartment community, when living with and around so many other individuals, nothing can ever be perfect. If a silent, unpopulated apartment community is something that you are searching for, I would recommend purchasing instead of renting.

I work downtown and yet still choose to live at Heritage Creek because its location provides a home that is somewhat removed from droves of people. One reviewer sighted that two strip clubs can be found within walking distance to the community. He or she is certainly correct. However, can't that be said about most downtown living as well' Some of the nicest apartment communities downtown deal with vagrants, bar goers and yes reviewer, strip clubs very near their doors.

Having lived in some of the nicest buildings in Denver, I think that for the price, Heritage Creek provides an apartment that is comfortable, spacious and close to many of the attractions that others drive hours to see.

I feel that the charge for utilites is unfair, due to poor insulation on the windows and doors in most units-yes, I have been in other units and have experienced this first-hand. I would advise any manager or office personnel viewing and reviewing this site to take that into consideration. Most places down-town DO NOT have as expensive of heating and energy bills. Kudos to changing the water heater filters though, most places only do that when asked.
