Like one of the ladies in the office mangement staff said, "this is not fort-nox" but since the place is in a pretty good neighborhood, it's safe--thus far we haven't heard of any incidents to the apartments nor tenants. The place is just blocks from the commerce on Colorado Blvd., and Cherry Creek Mall is about a mile or so away, just a hip and a hop. And the street on which it's located, doesn't get the car traffic nor foot traffic of other areas, which leads to a quieter experience if your apartment overlooks the streets. The Glendale Infinity Park is there and you get a discount to join, the pool is well maintained and so is the year round hot tub, gym, and shared office space, that also includes 3 computers for residents to use, free WiFi in the business/pool/gym/area. There's sufficient parking; though at times gets a little busy. The grounds are well maintained and everyone is very friendly and helpful. They do charge extra for the sewer/garbage, and the water bill is a pro-rated shared bill for the building, which is usually 8 or 10 apartments, so that bill fluxuates with the seasons and the number of residents, but reasonable. They are currently running rent discounts, and a referral system, so rents are lower than they used to be, as it is throughout Denver. They are pet friendly, but it costs an extra $25.00 per month per pet, and of course, like everywhere else, there are restrictions, which can be a good thing, who wants a great dane that startles you all of the time...lol...but again reasonable. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A REFERRAL, PLEASE CONTACT ME AT FreeStuffInDenver@gmail.com, and I will very happily refer you!!! This is a nice place and would love to recommend a nice person or family to enjoy that which we so far are enjoying.

I love how they say its safe. Just last year, my neighbor got murdered in her apartment and I had to move out. They charged me to break my lease even though my building was now a crime scene and my neighbor was dead.
