Lived there for over two years - horrible community - 1 car stolen, 3 broken into, assulted twice; they tow your car for any reason, had my car towed 3 times! fights, gunshots, crack heads, drunks. I finally moved out because the entire place is crawling with bedbugs and roaches! Call the Health Dept and ask, also call the District 3 Police dept, the crime rate is horrible. Management sucks, water is always off, maintainence crew is shady. RUN FOR YOU LIFE, I have to buy a new bed and new furniture now when I move b/c of the bed bugs, sick sick sick. It took them 3 weeks to shovel side walks, parkng lot never got plowed, when I called they told me to do it myself! I have pictures to prove it, the worst place to live, i wouldnt live here if it was free.

I just moved out of Heritage Estates and I was sad to go. I only left because I bought a house and let me tell you, The Managmet was awsome and the maitnence staff totally helpful.I had this incedent when my toilets baked up, I was at work and the neighbor calle dthe office and the maitnence went into the apartment and moved my personal belongings out of the hall way so they would not get damaged.The office staff contacted me. They sent in the carpet people to clean up and they soaked up all the water dried out the carpet & replaced the padding under the carpet and sanitized everything. They even put a chemical to make it smell good. All this happend on like the worst day at my job. It was just nice to know that they took care of it before i got home all of my stuff was thier the maitnince staff was anything but shady they stayed late to get the job done by the time i got home they were just about to leave they informed me of what happend witch i knew because the office kept me posted but they showed me the damage and what they repaird. My whole three years of living on that property, I'd have to say my last year when heritage took over made it an awsome last year. The reason im writing this is because the last couple of months I had thier i was going threw a lot of personal stuff and threw those days when your just extra moody and i needed to vent over stupid stuff they would just stand thier and take it. And never disrespected me they would still try to cheer me up and make me smile, So whenever i think of home till this day i still think of heritage estates and all thier staffs smiles. Thanks heritage !!!!
