	I just moved in, and the apartments are now called Lowry Heights Apts. A year and 1/2 later believe it or not, I am having the same issues, roaches, bedbugs, gross, gross, gross!

	Lived there for over two years - horrible community - 1 car stolen, 3 broken into, assulted twice; they tow your car for any reason, had my car towed 3 times! fights, gunshots, crack heads, drunks. I finally moved out ... more
