Award Winning Community for Several Years in a Row From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I have lived here since it was new, for eight years. At first it was great - immediate maintenance, friendly management. Then in the last two years since the old manager got promoted, things have been going downhill. They have dumb and dumber for maintenance men, and the staff is nasty. Since I have lived here, there have been only a couple of incidences with the police, it has been quiet, and the people seem to get along pretty well. The grounds are kept quite well, parking lot is kept nicely, including the snow removal. It is income restricted.
