Wish I would've seen the reviews before I rented from here. I'm definitely not renewing my lease, regardless of any "sweet" deal they offer. The management staff is ridiculously young and not professional at all. I had the same problem of being offered one price only to find that my rent was more when I went to sign the lease. The maintenance staff is HORRIBLE. I still have items from my month's old inventory list that haven't been repaired - it's useless to even ask them about it. If something goes awry in the apartment I just pray I can fix it because IF I can get anyone to come look at it they either "band aid" it, say they can't find anything, or say it will be taken care of later - which it never is. All I can say is get EVERYTHING in writing and be prepared with a good lawyer!
