I've been living here for two months and have had several maintenance issues come up. I should've backed out when the ceiling leaked along a 4 foot stretch of space during my first week living here. That required a week's worth of maintenance visits. Since then, the air-conditioning broke down several times and I was forced to endure cold morning showers when the hot water was out. Now that I'm looking to transfer to another property owned by the same company, I'm being charged $250. Their statement is that all they're required to do is respond to maintenance issues within 24 hours. It doesn't make any difference how often or how severe the issues. Only move here if you can live with that.
