The best thing the complex has going for it is the office staff. For the most part they are helpful and courteous. Beyond that, things begin to deteriorate quickly. The neighboring complex is very sketchy and the integrity of some of Highline's residents is also somewhat suspect. While the price might be right, a lot of other things aren't.
