The larger two bedroom unit is quite nice - much nicer than the smaller unit and worth the additional money. There is ample parking and the property is nicely maintained. The location is centrally located between Denver at the DTC/Park Meadows area. Shopping is okay - either Park Meadows or the Aurora Mall area are most convenient. Apartments in this area are a little ghetto, but a nice community near the CC golf course is also nearby.
As with most apartments, the walls are paper thin so you can hear conversations in other apartments, music, toilets flushing, and cabinets closing all of the time. The community is gated, but the gates look like they are going to crash down on your car when you drive under them (scary).
The price is very reasonable at this time, but the market is good for renters right now so that's not too suprising. The property seems to have a lot of openings, so hopefully rates will be pushed down further.
The staff there is a bit disorganized. Avoid dealing with the assistant property manager unless you don't mind her condescending attitude.
