I hoped there would be better managers at this apartment. I soon found out how wrong I was.
Dealing with the assistant from HELL has been one of the reason I am trying to get out of there! They have no sense of honesty. They will not enforce the rules such as some people have 4 animals. When lease states only two. They allow 3 adults & child to share 1 bed room on third floor.

Yet they do nothing about the noise. Folks play loud music until 1am & leave trash outside their doors.

They allow the getto people to destory the gates by pulling out the bars and slipping thu them to cut thu our parking lot and yet will not call police or the so call patrol.(that's a JOKE.)

DON'T WALK THE PROPERTY- some people have charcoal grills. Can U say FIRE!!!!

If you lived there since 2003, what is taking you so long to get out? It can't be that bad after all?

Visited this place this weekend and found staff was very helpful. Had read the reviews before hand, but figured they were from people who wanted out of their lease, and complaining sometimes works. Can't wait to move in!
