The property had 3 weeks to prepare the apartment that I was to be moving into and it was not ready for me to move into. I called the week I was to move in and they told me then that everything was good to go. However it did take the office staff two days to call me back! They had called the cleaning crew to clean the apartment when we were signing the contract. Also we were told that the carpet would be changed and it wasn't.

Was your place was clean when you moved in? Did they change the carpet for you? Did they give you some type of special for your trouble?
