The construction of these apartments are typical of the more recent buildings developed in the Denver area (i.e. cheap, cheap, cheap). There are a few problems with buckling tile (keep in mind these apartments are brand new), as well as drafty windows. However, they are still nice. The management staff has gone through a lot of changes recently, and like so many complexes, they are there for the sole purpose of being bubbley and selling apartments. Maintenance is pretty responsive, so no issues there. The location is awesome. You are literally sandwiched between the Highline and the Cherry Creek trails. If you like to hike, this is definitely the place for you. There is a ghetto adjacent to the property, and the residents do spill over occasionally. The biggest problem is the ghetto people pushing through the gates (breaking them in the process) and cutting through on the property to the other side. The gates do absolutely nothing to keep these guys out. In fact, they constantly break. I am a single woman, though, and have never felt unsafe.
I recommend this place for the location and safe neighborhood. It's not Shangri-La, but what apartment complex is'
