I have been here for over two years, in fact, pretty much since they opened. For the location, it is well worth what you pay, which, is not terrible. The buildings are new and nice. The sound proofing is, as previously stated, poor. You can hear your neighbors talking and doing "everything" else they do. (We live next to a relatively young couple) The dog waste problem isn't too huge. I've seen worse. I just simply pick up all that I see when I take my dog out. It's an apartment, not a house. We can't expect it to be perfect. The community itself is pretty quiet. The neighborhood, however, is not. There are two low income complexes across the street and they love to use our lot as a thru street. They are primarily responsible for the damage to our gates and property, however, there are some younger kids that live here that appear to have no parental supervision. Typically, when the sirens blare, &which seems often) they are going to the lower income complexes. Rarely, the fire department uses our lot to get through quicker.

The location is good because of the Cherry Creek trail and Highline Canal trail. Also good in relation to shopping; Park Meadows, Cherry Creek Mall, and to the Colorado Boulevard shopping district.

Security patrol WAS good for a while. They would respond to complaints very quickly but have since gone down hill. Perhaps time for management to re-evaluate.

As for management, I have had no problems. There has, though, been a high turn over of staff. I believe that the community was bought out by another company. We'll see if they can fix some of the "problems".
