I guess I was a little surprised to see some of the negative feedback here, but then again, there are always a few whinny baby's out there or to put it more bluntly, pain's in the asses that will never be happy with anything. I am appalled at how nosy these people seem to be. I have been here since they opened and I could not tell you how many pets or people are in anyone else's apartment and quite frankly, I don't give a damn. It is none of my business. I couldn't tell you if my neighbors lived in a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartment. (once again, none of my business). Maybe I am just too easy going, but I could care less how often the gates are broken. If someone really wanted to get in here, they would, regardless of a perfectly functioning gate. Kids will be kids, so please, please, let them be kids. Do I hear my neighbors moving around' Yes, I do. Can I hear them at 1 or 2 am' Yep, but it doesn't bother me in the slighest. This is APARTMENT living and that is just the way it is. If you don't like it, buy a house in a rural area. Bottom line, get out, move immediately, we don't want you here anyway. Yes, there are a few irresponsible pet owners, but instead of complaining about them, I take the extra step and help out by cleaning up the pet waste when I see it. Really, people, life is a lot more simple than what you think. I really liked Melissa and Olga, they both were always very pleasant to me. Maybe that might have something to do with how I treated them as well. Maintenance has always been very responsive and helpful as well. I hope that I will find the new management just as nice and helpful and understanding. All in all, if you can handle apartment living, and you actually mind your own business, this is a great place to live and raise a family. Don't let a few bad apples spoil it for you.
