I'm currently living at the Highline and boy do I hate it. I think I've been through 4 management companies in the last two years. The front office employees are so afraid to take action when tenants complain. Some of the problems that I reported in that were never taken care of include dog poop, cig.butts, and loud noise. There were a few times were I had to take matters into my own hands and call the cops after complaining for a couple of months.

Management is so cheap when it comes to cleaning to compound, removing snow, and just about everything else. The rent is also another problem. The don't offer any incentives for current tenants who renew their lease. I guess they rather have no tenants than to keep the ones they have happy. And YES, the gates at Highland SUCK.
I'm glad that things turned out that I'm finally leaving this place.

If your in the market for an apartment in the Denver Metro area, please look elsewhere.

I disagree. The maintenance team is always working so hard outside and the grounds look amazing. They make the community sparkle. The gates work fine - I love it here

Is this just there staff writing a response? I remember walking in on one of their staff looking and typing something on this site. Keep up the horrible service to the people of Denver.
