I highly advise NOT renting at the highline on cherry creek. First of all, the managing is terrible and has changed more than twice in the past two years. Within these two years the highline has raised their rent, in addition to adding charges for water and garbage (dumpsters are always a mess). Snow removal has almost been comical. Snow removal has been a joke. When it snowed, you could expect the snow to stay on the ground for a long time and also diminishing the already limited parking spots. If you like a relaxing time cooling off by the pool in the somertime, think again. Many of the people at the more "affordable" apartment communities enjoy the pool also. In addition, if you have an apartment that faces the pool area, it sounds more like a day care rather than an "upscale" appartment community. I highly recommend that you look at other apartment communities before deciding to rent at the highline on cherry creek.

The Highline on Cherry Creek is a great place to live. The maintenance staff is always friendly and takes great care of us! The office staff is so nice and always helpful and even serves Starbucks coffee. I love the pool and the fitness center and have never had any problems. I would definitely recommend any friend to live here.
