Turning into a ghetto

Good luck communicating with 95% of residents unless you speak Spanish. This place has gone downhill quickly. Noise is out-of-control. I can hear every word from the apartment next door. The walls are paper thin. The office staff is absolutely useless. Seriously- management is incompetent, lazy, or both. I'm leaving as soon as my lease is up. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
