The people at the office don't know how to do their jobs. I don't know if they don't care or if they're not trained well. Regardless, working with these people is like pulling teeth. They don't return phone calls and make promises they never keep. I've been here for a few months and I can't wait until I move out.

Also, management recently painted the buildings to a very ugly brown color. The previous color was much better. I haven't talked with any of my neighbors who approve of the new colors. This place looks trashy.
