This apartment complex like all the others has it's ups and downs. Security Patrol is vertually non-exsistant, office staff is ok at best, and the tenants around us are toleralbe. The maintainence is top notch and the apartment itself is very nice. The price is more than reasonable for what you get. The grounds are well kept and animals are vertually obsolete.

Overall I would recommend this place for first time renters.
