I have lived here for 3 years and love it. obviously I'd rather own my own home, but being single and being with a company who could transfer me at a moment's notice, renting is my best option. I have yet to have any problems here. The apartments are nice (a bit pricey, but afterall we're in Denver and for some reason everything in Denver is expensive. You'd think it was a REAL cosmopolitan city), the grounds well kept, the pool is clean in the summer and maintenance is always prompt and courteous.
Manangement has always been friendly and helpful and of course paying my rent is somewhat of a pleasure since Nicole, the manager, is such a hottie. The only drawback is that the appliances are rather old and the decks and patios are really small. Other than that, it's a nice place to live, when you consider what else is out there.
