This place needs to be reported to the city and bbb for building code violations, infringements and running a dirty business.

We had lousy college neighbors, security couldn't be bothered because he was too busy getting high down the road, maintenance.. what maintenance'

It's a bad area with high rates of vehicle theft, vandalism and just plain stupidity.
The office managers car was stolen from right in front of the office, they dug her car out of the snow in daylight and stole her car. Don't believe me' Check the police reports.

Gang Graffiti, broken fences and trash all over. They DON'T maintain the grounds and everything is in shambles. This place is 2 shades from falling down, it's a fire hazard and a melting pot of filth.

There was a drunk man on the roofs shooting at the cars and the police were called.

Children LOVE to pull the fire alarm in the middle of the night.

The plowing.. HA HA HA HA.. hope you have your own shovel.

Best of luck if you are stupid enough to rent here.

The person who wrote this horrendous review must have been high or drunk. This is a wonderful property. The employees are very nice. The ground are ALWAYS clean. When it snows the maintenance clears the snow fast even when it is still snowing. There is no broken glass anywhere. And there is no Gang Graffiti on anything. As for the security, they are always on their toes. This is a good property and you do get what you pay for, which is excellence.
