I have lived here for almost 3 years, and it has been a great experience. The office staff treats us like family, and are always helpful and friendly. They recently had new siding put on all the buildings, and repairs are always made in a timely manner.
Regarding the review below: there has NEVER been a drunk guy on the roof shooting at people, there is NO graffiti anywhere, the only time the snow wasn't removed immediately was during the Christmas Blizzard a couple of years ago, and the public roads weren't even plowed for almost a week because no one could GET to them. I see the security guard drive through here every night. Any problems I have ever had here were caused by inconsiderate neighbors, which were addressed immediately by the management.
This is a nice place to live. Don't let one disgruntled idiot's opinion get to you because for the price you won't find anything as nice in this area as Huntington Ridge.
