This building is awful. In addition to heat and hot water being out during the winter (the worst point being 5 days in a row) the summer has now rolled around and the air conditioning seems to follow the trends of the heating. We have been without a/c at 4 points this summer alone (varying at times from one day to 4 days). Management doesn't take care of anything because there is no management. We don't have a resident manager on site at all. Save yourself a lot of time and trouble and move somewhere else.

I agree completely, I have been a tenant for only a couple months now and in that short amount of time I have experianced bed bugs and cockroaches. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Your needs and concerns take forever and feel almost impossible to tend to. It's a miracle that these apartments are still open to the public.
