This place is an absolutel nightmare in every way imaginable. There are fire code violations on almost every floor. The emergency lights in the stairs do not light up when the fire alarm goes off.. The elevators have broken numerous times, which is horrible for the elderly people living on the upper levels.

Since I have lived there, there have been approximately 10 different managers that have came and went. And now that the pool finally is heated, we are told we are not allowed to swim in it until SEPT. According to them this was always the rule, which is an aboslute lie in every way.

They keep the pool heated so when people come to look at an apartment, they will see the pool and think they can swim in it all year. It's just a trick, so don't buy into it. They tell you that your utilities are paid for, then when you move in you start getting all the bills.

Nothing is ever repaired correctly. And when something does need to be repaired, be prepared to wait A VERY LONG TIME, (if at all) do get anything done.

Cars are broken into all the time, there is no security whatsoever, there was a homeless person living in the storange area in the basement.

These are just some of the highlights, and trust me, there are MANY MANY MORE where that came from. This place is worse than living in a sewer. Do yourself a favor, if it came down to here and somewhere else that was more expensive, go there!!!

In the end, the money you spend on replacing all your appliances and lamps, and lightbulbs that have been shorted out by the bad wiring will save you hundreds.
