I moved into Imperial House about 5 months ago and I signed a 12 month lease. I have a nice view from my apartment and can see the mountains, as well as a large part of the downtown area. I am from Ohio, so I was really impressed with the location of the place, and the park being a block away was fantastic to me.My last apartment in Ohio had no concrete to separate the levels and I heard every move that the family above me made. I have nnot heard any of my neighbors here. I have not experienced the same things that I have read on some of the posted reviews and honestly hope not to. So far, the managment has been very helpful with my maintenance requests.I can say that if I were to have the decision to move here again - or not to- I would still sign that 12 month lease. I hope I still feel that way in November when my lease expires because I hate moving.
