I currently live here and am appalled at the sorry state of management. The last real manager was fired for allowing people to move in without leases (result: grafitti in the halls and elevators, chronic theft from storage units, chronic vandalism of cars & property) Then we had a manager from a temp agency who quit because Furer Property management refused to meet even minimal responsibilities, such as a leak in the basement for 3 months now resulting in mold from the 1st through 5th floors, as well as; no A/C, no onsite management, no cleaning of common areas, only one elevator works, etc...
DON'T MOVE HERE.
