BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE !!

BIG PROBLEMS WITH HEATING, PLUMBING AND AC. THE OWNER DOESN'T WANT TO SPEND MONEY TO FIX IT. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE EVACUATED AND TAKEN DOWN.
My apartment (along with a bunch of other units) had NO HEAT during the TWO weeks after the blizzard, when the temperatures went down to 0 to -2 degs at night in Jan 2007, and the Management DIDN'T KNOW when it'll be fixed!!!!! My apartment was over-flooded with WASTE WATER for TWO months, "twice" in 2006. Air-conditioning went down during mid-summer for three weeks!!!
CHERRY ON TOP OF THE CAKE??? They didn't want to return my deposit, and wanted me to pay for an extra month, since I left a 15-day move-out notice, instead of a 30-day one!!!! I "STILL" DIDN'T HAVE HEAT IN MY APT!!!! AND IT WAS BELOW 0 DEGS OUTSIDE AT NIGHT!!!
I AM A VICTIM OF TOTAL NEGLIGENCE ON THE MANAGEMENT'S PART. PLEASE DON'T EVEN CONSIDER MOVING IN!!!!!
