BIG PROBLEMS WITH HEATING, PLUMBING AND AC. THE OWNER DOESN'T WANT TO SPEND MONEY TO FIX IT. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE EVACUATED AND TAKEN DOWN.

My apartment (along with a bunch of other units) had NO HEAT during the TWO weeks after the blizzard, when the temperatures went down to 0 to -2 degs at night in Jan 2007, and the Management DIDN'T KNOW when it'll be fixed!!!!! My apartment was over-flooded with WASTE WATER for TWO months, "twice" in 2006. Air-conditioning went down during mid-summer for three weeks!!!
CHERRY ON TOP OF THE CAKE''' They didn't want to return my deposit, and wanted me to pay for an extra month, since I left a 15-day move-out notice, instead of a 30-day one!!!! I "STILL" DIDN'T HAVE HEAT IN MY APT!!!! AND IT WAS BELOW 0 DEGS OUTSIDE AT NIGHT!!!

I AM A VICTIM OF TOTAL NEGLIGENCE ON THE MANAGEMENT'S PART. PLEASE DON'T EVEN CONSIDER MOVING IN!!!!!
