	For 6 months, there was no functioning lock on the front door. As of 4 weeks ago, there is a wonderful magnet type lock on the front door. BUT NOBODY HAS A KEY FOR IT!!!! It's now called NUVO, but ... more

	People Complain about it being a dump, but when managment starts fixing things and putting money into the community then people think its turning to condo's or rents are going to go up. You get what you pay for! Nicer ... more

	Heat never works during the winter, A/C never works during the summer. Elevators work periodically. Upkeep has been a joke. Currently the new owners of the building (building sold in 05/07) are renovating the empty units and not renewing leases ... more

	Nothing works at this place consistently- heat, AC, even the elevators!!! It's cheap and good location but not worth it.
