Wonderful...if you're college age

The apartments are cheaply constructed.
I have a middle floor 2 bedroom. The living room and front bedroom are always cold (62-64) and the back bedroom is comfortable (70-72). The maintenance person even told me that the air ducts were installed improperly so the flow is really bad in the 2 front rooms (the big windows and gaping hole of a fireplace don't help).
There is very little sound privacy. I can hear my upstairs neighbors when they are just speaking in normal conversational tones. I can hear my downstairs neighbor's TV and music - I've been in his apartment when he has them on and they aren't that loud - the walls are just paper thin.
Don't even get me started on having to pay for a covered parking spot that is no where near where your apartment actually is.
As for security...there is none. Good luck folks!
Finally, the snow. They don't shovel it. The parking lot is always a slushy mess (even long after a storm) and the walks and stairs don't get shoveled or salted until well after I've already left for work (which is 8:30 AM).
The management personel are very nice to talk to, but I get their hands are tied on a lot of these issues. I mean, they can't exactly come in and soundproof my place. So like I said, if you're college aged or just don't mind living in a noisy, drafty apartment - you'll be happy here. If you're looking for a reasonable amount of quiet and comfort, you should probably look elsewhere.
