This is the best place by FAR!!! Having lived in so many apartments in Colorado, I have finally found a place to settle!! The office staff is wonderful and always helpful, the maintence staff fix things usually the same day I call it in, always by the next day, they don't leave until I am satisfied! They also leave postcards to mail in to let the property know how they are doing. I have never lived in such a beautiful place with such wonderful staff!!
As for the temps I have been extreamly comfortable in my apartment, I keep my vents dusted and have no problems with air flow whether summer or winter! It is also VERY quiet!!!Since moving here I can actually sleep at night!! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

I cant wait to see this place in a few weeks It seems like a good place to move to in CO.The girls in the office seem nice since i am calling from TX to. They seem to give me the right info all the time
