I have lived here for one year, and for the most part have really loved it. I love the trees and landscaping and the unique floorplans and huge windows. The office staff are extremely nice and helpful. The pool/hottub area is very nice and the fitness room is decent. There is always adequate parking, and I've never heard of any security problems.

My only problem has been noise complaints, not from me, but to me! I have lived in apartments for a few years now, and have never had a single noise complaint. Living here, I have had several including calls from the management to investigate the recurring problem. I have no idea what I'm doing to disturb my nieghbors. I don't have parties, and rarely have people over. I can only assume these walls/floors are so thin that the noises of everyday living are disturbing. I hear my neighbors too, but it's an apartment come on! and an old one at that. I have found these complaints to be disturbing and bothersome, so much so that I am thinking of moving to a newer complex where the insulation is better and you can live your life without apparently disturbing others!
