I love these apartments, I hardly ever hear noise around us, except from the apartment above. During the day you can hear the maintenance staff outside the windows once in a while and the garbage trucks but that is about it. I never hear anyone having parties and have never seen the cops in the complex. Management just changed and the new staff seems great. They did frown upon some of the ways things were fixed in our apartment. So I feel like they will do a much better job. If something needs fixed right away they are here 10 minutes after you call them. The environment seems pretty peaceful with the typical noise of living anymore in close proximity to others.
