I've also been living here for a year and I love it. The rent it lower than a lot of places, but you get a lot for the money. I'm in a two bedroom and it's pretty roomy and the floorplan is spacious. I love the vaulted ceilings and fireplace and the huge windows in the living room and master bedroom. It's so sunny and nice and the balcony gets plenty of shade and privacy with all of the trees. It's quiet for the most part, but like most apartments, the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors sometimes. It's very safe and secure and I haven't heard of any break-ins or anything. New management just took over recently and while things were fine before, they're already working on making improvements. It's been great so far.
