The apartment is definetly older with a few minor problems but for the most part is in decent shape. The new management seems to get to any maintenance problems fairly quickly. The only thing that really bothers me so far is that the pool is usually very dirty or shut down for some reason or another. The apartment is in a great area of town and the many trees are great.
