Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Do NOT move in here. Maintenance will never fix anything wrong with your apartment. Any complaints will be ignored. Your car will be broken into. (Both mine and my roommates were) Spiders INFEST these apartments and management does not care. And as a final farewell management will charge you $1028 when you move out to completely replace carpet that absolutely does not need to be replaced.
