My boyfriend and I have lived here for two years now and we have never had any problems. All the stuff about cockroaches and spiders must be rare, because we've NEVER had a problem with bugs, maintenance problems or car issues. It's a very nice neighborhood, very quiet and the managers are very nice ladies, it's probably the residents who are rude. We know it's probably time for a change, but it will be hard for me to leave here. Any apartment after this, in this area, will have some pretty high standards to live up to.
