I have lived in many different apartments over the years and this complex is the worst. Even the low-rent employee apartments I lived in were better than the apartment I rented at Ironwood. The apartment had many spiders and lots of mold that we had to clean up ourselves. The soundproofing is horrible and you can hear everything in the apartment upstairs. We had a gaping whole in the wall for a month after maintenance fixed a water. The outdoor lights were often broken or flickering and many of the outdoor railings were rusted through or pulled out. The apartment fees and utility fees are also set up strangely and you have to pay utilities after you vacate the apartment. The staff are not very professional and are even less helpful...I never got the sense that they had the power to make any real decisions and they seemed to be winging it whenever they tried to justify or explain away issues. All in all, for the price, there are much better apartments out there.

i agree! We have the same problem as they were to go and fix things and never got to them.
