We have lived here for a few months. The place is not brilliant. You are certainly screwed on the utilities, you have to pay a certain amount to the gas utility company, and again to the property management!!, the explanation we have been given is that you pay for the gas used by the furnace to the gas company, and the gas used to heat water goes to the property owners!!, how they can separate how much gas has been used is anyones guess.

The next and probably the biggest concern we have, is that there is no large breed dog policy. I know that there is a large great dane and another mid sized collie dog living in one apartment, which is approx 700sq ft. There is also a couple of St Bernards in the complex. Along with the oversized dog problem, there is a large dog poop problem. Irresponsible owners who do not clean up after their pets are spoiling the grassy areas, you cannot take three steps without stepping in doggy do.

Finally, the maintenance staff have always been prompt and friendly. We have had general maintenance problems, and they always turned up on time.

Actually, we just toured there today and the large dog policy given to us was that CERTAIN large dog breeds are banned, like rottweilers and pit bulls. But keeping a large dog in that small of a space has GOT to be cruelty in itself.
