I have lived in this apartment for almost a year now and it has been great. It is completely bug free and the few maintenance problems I have had were taken care of quickly. All the staff has been very friendly. I agree that the utilities seem pricey, but this is also the first apartment I have had with a washer and dryer in it and I know both use alot of energy and water. The location is great since it is not too close or too far from Downtown or the mountains and far enough out to be pretty quiet. I also like it that there is a green space park with a pond on it within walking distance. It is not real kid friendly ... no playground and only a few open areas for kids to run in.
