I think the other reviews might be a bit dated. We moved to Jackson Street Apartments a year and a half ago, I we could not be more pleased! The manager Frank is Wonderful and super helpful, the neighbors are really nice, and we rarely have problems with noise. You couldn't find a safer neighborhood than Cherry Creek. The only problem is that the apartments are pretty expensive, we pay 825 for a one-bedroom and it's kinda small. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
