The quality of this complete dump is only surpassed by the miniature intellect and rudeness of the onsite manager. Maintenence is shoddy at best and done with an attitude that tenants shouldn't want things fixed or are wasting managements time. I was forced out with my roommate last month by the manager (who always was a creep unless his "Columbian" connection was waiting) because he deemed us "troublemakers" for voiceing opinions about how the building was run. I had a package accidentially delivered to this address after I moved and went back to the address to ask an upstairs neighbor to accept it for me when the neighbor complained about similar problems and potentially being forced out themselves over stupid misunderstandings. Then, I was chased off the property by the manager (which prompted this posting). On top of all of this, even though I was asked to leave, and not following the letter of the law doing so, I did not recieve any deposit refunded, but am told to expect a bill. Bottom line is that the guy is a jerk and the building is a dump.
