dont sign too many promises on upgrades and still a dump

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
The Manager is cherry and happy (---) with potential renters and gives them some make-up story of how the building will be better but no changes since 2005 the building has not had one remodel from the outside. There are Tagers in the building and the security is lame people have all the garage sales on there patio and looks ghetto. If something breaks down the manager on site complains about it (dishwasher) then makes the tenants fell as if it is there fult. Take your money some were else
