The staff here are the most helpful apartment staff I have ever met. They work with you, even if you have bad credit. The only thing they ask is if you have had any recent evictions or felonys. If you have had these problems they will still find a way to work with you. They also have great move in deals. The one bedroom apts are 640 sq ft with a balcony. You also get $75 off your rent if you are a student or if you do some volunteer service. The biggest problems in this place is the elevator that breaks down at least once a week and the occasional gun shots.
