Worst experience in rental history.

At move-in attempted to help college daughter move in but confronted by Janice Dunn (weekend mgr') who attacked my daughter and took the elevator key away in a violent manner then asked that we move furniture into the garage and move all furniture away from the building down a ramp then through a small door.

We explained that our standard sized truck would not fit into the garage and hoped to use only the backdoor since we had smaller items with the exception of the mattresses.

She told me she would be glad to return my daughter's deposit if my daughter didn't like what she was being told.

Janice Dunn also attacked my husband (not knowing they were related) and asked if she was still moving in.

This was all within 15 minutes of trying to moving into the apartment building.

After requesting the elevator key back from Janice to continue moving, she proceeded to ignore us and assist two separate rental prospects.

She then engaged in talking about our situation with these strangers.

After waiting at her request, she continued to behave in a horribly rude manner.

Claiming she was our only contact and refused to provide manager names or contact information.

She commented again that she welcomed my daughter to leave and she would return her deposit.

Janice then asked my daughter to return her apartment key.

Every party in our group was offended and disgusted with the unprofessional and hostile behavior we received from Janice.

Stay away from this property.

It's not worth your money!
