I completely disagree with both of your complaints. I have lived in the Korsakov apartments for two years now and both of your statements could not be farther from the truth.
The pool is kept at a nice temperature and I often found people swimming.
As for Vicki, she is anything but lazy!! Every time I saw her outside of her office she was cleaning or doing some kind of work around the buildings. The Korsakov is a great place to live and both managers are great!!
