We moved in a few months ago and have not had many problems. My biggest complaint is that our apartment was dirty when we moved in-plan on spending a few hours cleaning. Every single one of our maintnance requests have been addressed and fixed without a single question asked.
I really wish they would enforce the rules that are in the lease about trash being left around-my neighbors have had a bag of trash and 2 phone books sitting by their doors for days now. The leasing girls were all nice and helpful. Our apartment is quiet, but we are in a corner unit. When your neighbor goes into their house or up the stairs it sounds like wild animals. The grounds are well kept. I would recommend this complex to others.
