I have been living there almost 2 years now, and I love it. The maintinance guys are so nice and always willing to lend a hand. Very nice apartments, even though they put in crappy blinds that break when you touch them. But overall I am very impressed! Never once had a problem!

YES the maintenance guys are truly nice. HOWEVER, by the time they get the work orders from the office staff who take your calls, the resident has been waiting a while. I've put several work orders in and usually had two call at least twice before anybody ackowledged my service requests. Maintenance is so swamped, they truly do their best. The office staff however is always just seating around and not even then, they do their work. All they have to do is write down the maintenance work orders and hand them out. Still they take FOREVER to pass them on. And yes, the blinds just fall apart on their own, they are so cheap!!!!
