I must live in the best building because I have none of the issues people are ranting about. I don't even hear a peep in my unit from other people's apartment. The service I've gotten thus far has been wonderful. I love how nice and big my place is and my neighbors mind their own business.

your the first resident I've heard this from. my building had a dead bird in the hallway for a week before anyone would pick it up and trash all over for weeks before maint cleaned it up. Most people are moving out as the complex isnt safe and the gate never works. Lots of noise and the picknick area is used for wedings that last all night.

Well, been here 6 months now and I must agree that there's an issue with rude people driving late at night with their stupid car radios blasting and there's been a dead bird for two weeks now. Other than that, no problems with neighbors, or anything else. Am NOT an office associate trying to as you put it "help" with ratings. Just giving my honest opinion. Am now looking for a house but my stay has been rather pleasant. Thanks.
