Lived here while disabled. Was trapped in 5th flr apartment for three weeks because they would not fix the elevator! Management harassed and threatened tenants, especially the disabled. Wife beater downstairs. Shoddy upkeep. Rude, insulting, threatening staff. Constant turnover. Constant noise. Was not safe! Beautiful duck pond, but there are ducks elsewhere.

Every wheel-chair guy knows that he's risking it living on a high floor. Honestly, if I were handicapped, I'd find a first-floor apartment. That's just common sense.
