Shopping Carts Galore

If you like living in an apartment where low-class people take their supermarket shopping carts up in the elevator, empty their carts and then leave the carts in front of your window, then you'll love this place. If you complain to management, you'll just get a song and a dance and no action. If you like people looking into your window while you're in your living room or kitchen, then you'll love this place. Also, management cleans up the duck and geese droppings around the ponds about twice a week -- not enough. They also lock the tennis courts and you can only use them by picking up the key at the office between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you like living with the kind of people who smoke in a very small elevator (when it's working) then this is the place for you. Need I say more' It doesn't matter what you call it: Lake & Raquet (apparently management can't spell either) or Lakes at Monaco Pointe. A goose dropping by another name smells just as bad. They offered me a renewal $30 under what I was paying and I turned them down.
